Almost every year that I can remember (and been home from school), we've gone strawberry picking at Beechwood Farms. When I was little I'm pretty sure I hated the actual picking of the strawberries, but now it's one of the highlights of spring for me. The last couple of years I've taken Brian & Kate. We usually pick about 5 or 6 "gallons." You pay by the basket, but you can pile them as high as you want. So, we have about 5 baskets, but at least a gallon's worth more. It's a great deal. : )
